Tip: Check that your mobile phone number is switched on and in an area with network coverage.
If you have not received your PIN code during your application, you can click the question mark next to the box where you enter your PIN on Step 4 to check that your mobile phone number has been entered correctly. If you see that it is incorrect, simply enter the right number and a new PIN will be sent to you. If the session has expired and the application form has timed out, then please begin a new application, carefully checking the mobile number that is entered.
